The Annual Downtown Safe Trick or Treat event is a daytime Halloween celebration for young kids, where merchants on Mill and Main Streets give out candy. Activities include performances by the Lyman Gilmore Marching Band, games at the Grass Valley Elks Lodge, and candy and giveaways from various organizations. Vehicles from Police, Fire, Public Works, and Waste Management will be on display. There are also contests for best-costumed businesses and Halloween window displays, with local judges participating in the fun.
The event will be held at 128 East Main Street.
