Illegal Aliens are Voting in our Elections: How Do We Stop It?
Illegal aliens (non U.S. citizens) are presently voting in our 2024 U.S elections. How is this possible and how do we stop it?
Non U.S. Citizens (Aliens) are Allowed to Vote in U.S. Elections per Title 18 of U.S. Criminal Code.
After listening to a Tucker Carlson interview with Catherine Engelbrecht (True the Vote) on X and verifying 18 U.S. Code §611-Voting by Aliens, I confirmed this fact to be valid.
Title 18 U.S. Code §611 reads as follows:
A. It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate and House, Delegates from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, unless-
The election is held partly for some other purpose;
Aliens are authorized to vote for such other purpose under a State constitution of statute or a local ordinance and;
Voting for such other purpose is conducted independently of voting for a candidate for such Federal offices, in such a manner that an opportunity to vote for a candidate for any one or more of such Federal offices.
B. Any person who violates this section shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
C. Subsection (a) does not apply to an alien if-
Each natural parent of the alien (or, in the case of an adopted alien, each adoptive parent of the alien) is or was a citizen (whether by birth or naturalization);
The alien permanently resides in the United States prior to attaining the age of 16; and
The alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.
State versus Federal Voting Laws (Motor Voter Law)
Arizona started requiring proof of citizenship to register in 2004. However, the Supreme Court found the requirement was preempted by the federal National Voter Registration Act (motor voter law). The court ruled that the law requires all states to “accept and use” the standardized federal form. This allows millions of aliens to register to vote at the DMV. The form asks for a sworn declaration of citizenship. However, no proof is required, meaning foreign nationals who entered the country illegally could easily provide false information and register to vote.
Presently, welfare offices and other agencies, such as the DMV, are providing voter registration forms to aliens without requiring proof of citizenship.
Millions of aliens, many being flown into the U.S, have been given humanitarian parole, refuge or asylum status making them eligible for benefits that would bring them to the offices where voter registration takes place. These offices are required by federal law to hand over the registration forms along with application papers.
How do we stop this?
We all need to call and speak to our elected representatives and demand they change and enforce the present voting laws. Download the BillBlaster app for your representative’s phone number.
Go to your local county Republican or Democrat Party and ask then to formally ask their representative congressmen and women to amend these laws
Go to the website Earlyvoteaction.com to donate and help this organization hire individuals who will get the word out to our county election officials that we will not tolerate non-citizens voting in our elections
Support Republican’s recent calls for the U.S. Supreme Court to stop voters who have no proof of citizenship from casting ballots.
Call your representatives and give your support for the “Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act” which requires states to receive proof of citizenship when anyone registers to vote by mail, at the DMV or a welfare agency office.
