AI Quackery

Quacks have been described as swindlers who prey on sickness and death, and “artificial intelligence” quacks are pseudo medical practitioners who promote fraudulent “healthcare” treatments for ill-gotten gains. Please be advised, they don’t care about you. They care about your hard-earned money, your property, and being in control of your life. To them you are expendable.

There is a lot of nonsensical propaganda out there now in our healthcare industrial complex, even so bizarre as to suggest machines taking over the function of doctors! Or articles published by many medical schools and even the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC) which define the Hippocratic Oath as an outdated set of worthless virtues which shouldn’t govern the medical profession, akin to the Constitution being an obsolete and irrelevant set of laws, now replaced by moral relativism and humanism. Just google medical schools and the Hippocratic Oath for an earful of DEI nonsense.

But that’s not really anything new if you were to consider what’s been going on overtly for a couple of decades in Sacramento healthcare and in the type of personnel you “encounter” now for your “healthcare” needs.

Why aren’t we seeing real doctors anymore?

When was the last time you talked in person with and were examined by a likable, honest to goodness thorough physician who was truly engaged with your personal medical needs and who appeared to really care about your pain, your fear, and about getting the disease gripping you out of you as comfortably and fast as possible?

The reason you aren’t seeing real doctors anymore is because they are being replaced by much less qualified personnel such as nurse practitioners and physician’s assistants who do not have MD degrees or experience in making decisions about how you are going to fare when you get sick. They follow algorithms! And that’s because our runaway healthcare system is littered with greedy politicians, crooked physicians, price gouging pharmaceutical companies, counterfeit health insurance companies, and lying mainstream and social media (not much of which is interested in freedom of speech as I am exercising right now) ripping you off.

The declining quality of healthcare

Along with this trend is a proportionate decline in the quality of medicine now defined as the “quality of healthcare”, and the standard of medical care in Sacramento and in the state. All of this is primitive but effective AI quackery. It is unfortunately a nightmare that you and I are suffering through, and we need to wake up from it.

Perhaps you are lucky enough not to have to pay for your healthcare expenditures, but for those who aren’t, how is the cost going? How about access? How about safety? Every one of these metrics of our broken healthcare system is owned by the government and those companies listed above whom they regulate and who similarly regulate them (regulatory capture). And in concerted fashion these crooks are slowly but surely stealing everything you own, including your life.

Recently while “learning” via a continuing medical education course I take to keep my medical license active, I was “taught” by a surgeon from a long time highly accredited medical school/residency program here in California about artificial intelligence machines in radiographic (x-ray) diagnosis for surgeons, and in particular vascular surgeons. This education is “gospel” in the annals of academic healthcare and surgery now. A nonsensical assertion of the power of these machines and “deep learning” by the investigator and author of this research is that “sex, race, and socioeconomic status” are now definable by collating massive amounts of data and spitting it out (like snake oil). It is truly the new standard for learning doctors to use in their decision making in treating their patients! This is shocking DEI infused into AI quackery that is now proposed for you and me to obey and consent to without other choices. Technology continues to feverishly outpace the common sense, skill and judgment of American physicians.  It is completely out of hand. Crooked academic doctors are on the creep.

The blueprint for AI in healthcare

Furthermore, I stumbled upon a paper authored by a bioethicist named Angeliki Kerasidou, published in Bulletin of the World Health Organization, 2020 Apr 1; 98(4): 245-250.  The title is “Artificial Intelligence and the ongoing need for empathy, compassion and trust in healthcare”.  Please read it, as I believe it is the blueprint of AI healthcare for America and apparently the world and I will go through it with you and hopefully convince you of her AI con job, one point at a time.  Recognize also that Dr. Kerasidou is an expert in defining what the National Health Service (NHS) of England presently needs to believe and do as AI takes over.

1. The human wisdom of trust, empathy, and compassion

Her overarching assertion in this paper is that due to the development of artificial intelligence in medicine, we seem to be losing the element of humanness which she defines as trust, empathy, and compassion (an apt acronym I would call “TEC”) because the function of machines doesn’t include these metrics. My response: Angeliki has a PhD in bioethics, so she has never dealt with or taken on the responsibility of treating a single patient in the capacity of a physician and is therefore unqualified to define the covenants of the Hippocratic Oath and her TEC considerations, which are truly the caring by-products of the values of the oath. Those qualifications take lots of time, sweating patients out, experience, hard yet rewarding work, and tender loving caring. TEC is human wisdom, and she doesn’t have it!

2. Paternalism vs. informed consent

Angeliki (Dr. Kerasidou) indicates that medicine has traditionally been defined as “paternalism”, a system in which someone (a doctor) is justified in interfering with another’s personal liberties for their own good, even if it goes against that person’s own will. My response: Wrong! That’s not the way traditional physicians in California treated their patients. They provided a friendly informed consent in simple English without “medicalese” when discussing treatment options with their patients and didn’t proceed without the patient’s fully understanding everything about it (risk, rationale, and alternatives). Not to do so is a criminal act called battery. It takes sitting down, face to face, listening and providing calm and gentle answers to every single concern of the patient. That is what builds trust. In fact, Angeliki is describing modern day healthcare, in which informed consent is unlawfully omitted. Paternalism is against the law.

3. The scam of economic efficiency

Dr. Kerasidou believes that TEC values are being sidelined, as the pursuit of greater efficiency in healthcare, including economic efficiency, is becoming more and more important. This is because AI (quackery) promises greater efficiency, effectiveness, and personalization not possible before. My response: Gavin Newsom and his predecessors along with the monopolistic healthcare, pharmaceutical, and media companies are stealing the money due physicians, hospitals, and nurses, and paying out ridiculously small claims! That’s why these science fiction machines are being dreamed up in the first place. In fact, Angeliki et al. are promising inefficient and ineffective machines as their “modern” artificial intelligence. It’s been twenty years since doctors have been replaced by nurse practitioners and physician assistants, or “primitive” AI, and that’s not authentic anymore. Better, different, more, and larger is what sells. It’s all a scam.

4. Overlooking mistakes

She indicates that AI and its greater efficiency in speeding up diagnosis allows more free time for “healthcare professionals” to engage with patients fostering trust relationships and demonstrating empathy and compassion. My response:  Wrong! This is doublespeak. Modern healthcare workers follow algorithms. There is no place for being real in this system. Many mistakes are made and brushed over, and the system is falling apart. So according to her, the increased accuracy of machines is really taking over humans and human interactions. With this system, who do we question if the machine makes a mistake? Her assertions are absurd.

5. The illegal side of removing ‘bias’

Angelici describes “personalized” or “patient-centered” care. As part of her pitch, empathy “allows” healthcare professionals to understand the patients’ perspective, and thus helps them to tailor care to promote patients’ values and address their individual needs. Empathy and compassion therefore play a very important role in an interpersonal model of care that rejects medical paternalism thus allowing for value-plurality, meaning the possibility that different patients might hold different values and have different priorities related to their care. My response: Wow! Do you smell DEI here? Look folks, when you get sick you need a doctor. You are not interested in DEI garbage, and I will guarantee you that neither is the doctor. Doctors remove diseases, and they are not biased in any way, shape or form! She is also implying that AI machines need to be made that will assist a 12-year-old girl in deciding to go with a double mastectomy because she feels she wants to be a boy without parental consent! Did you know that California physicians are prohibited by law from operating on or medically treating a minor (a patient less than 18 years old) without the consent of a parent or guardian? AI quackery is poison, also called against medical advice, or AMA. We need to wake up and start living in truth.  Angelici and the rest of the egghead derelicts are trying to swindle you!  Gavin Newsom needs to start enforcing the law.

6. Will machines free up doctors to develop interpersonal skills?

Angeliki asserts that the NHS could save considerable money by outsourcing repetitive tasks to AI machines. Yes, better clinical services, more accurate diagnosis and treatment, more efficiency in the speed of these services, streamlined workload processes, improved clinic operations, and so forth. She says these things as the NHS struggles with “austerity policies”  (wildly increased taxes and spending by runaway government). Also, the everyday experiences of healthcare providers to meet targets is negatively affecting the ability of doctors and nurses to practice empathetic and holistic care, leading to moral distress and burnout among these professionals. She really believes (or quacks) that machines will free up doctors and nurses to develop interpersonal skills and thus develop TEC. My response: Nonsense, all of it! Here’s a little common sense. If you pay a medical worker their due fee, and leave them alone, you will find that they have lots and lots of TEC. Get the government and AI and Gavin Newsom the hell out of medicine, and just watch what happens. We the people can get together with our doctors, our nurses, and our hospitals and build a medical system right here in California that will absolutely be the envy of America and the world. End the AI and government quackery.

7. Tracking you to make you weaker

The final point  (there are plenty more which you can discover in this article) which is bone chilling and needs explanation, is Angeliki’s assertion that human-machine partnerships can provide far better results than either humans or machines alone. The principal benefits of AI stem from its ability to improve efficiency and effectiveness by “guiding diagnosis”, delivering more accurate results and thus eliminating human error. Greater efficiency means better prevention.

These technologies can theoretically track and analyze the “movement of individuals” and are used to detect people at risk of stroke, etc. and eliminate that risk through early intervention. My response: This is a dangerous intention. The goal of the warped healthcare system of Gavin Newsom is to make you and I sicker and sicker, weaker and weaker. So, they use this quackery to watch your every move. They advertise and feed you poisonous food that promotes atherosclerosis, and ultimately plaque in your carotid arteries and in your coronary arteries.  Just think about the co-morbidities of obesity (even in kids), depression treated with bad drugs that become habit forming themselves, and on and on. Heart attack, stroke, cancer, despair, all preventable killers that are literally created by both “primitive” and now “modern” artificial intelligence. That is evil.

The antidote

You and I unify, and vote AI and government run healthcare out.

We the people amend the first amendment of the Bill of Rights and take the evil out of medicine by stewarding it as we do with our churches, because medicine is sacrosanct. Section 2.  Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of medicine or prohibit the free exercise thereof. And we provide 501(c)(3) status economics for it.

We the people create tax exempt medical savings accounts and fund them as much as we desire to.

We the people develop catastrophic medical insurance with very low premiums, zero deductibles and we hold the underwriters to the fire! No cheating.
