Compelling Constitutional Compliance Through Common Law

Let me take you back to December 16, 1773 when the sun has long since set on the bustling town of Boston. The British East India Trading Company ships had docked at Griffin’s Wharf, their holds packed with crates of tea, a symbol really

A symbol of oppression from a distant government imposing taxes without the people’s consent. This isn’t about tea. No, this is about principle; about the right to self-govern. And the colonists had had enough. Tonight they’re sending a message.

It was a clear message that government must be accountable to the people. The British Parliament, far across the Atlantic, had passed the Tea Act without consulting the American colonists; an act of taxation without representation. And the colonists, who believed in the Rule of Law, had reached their breaking point.

What We Can Learn from the Boston Tea Party

Today, the same spirit that challenged the colonists to stand up to British tyranny, inspires us to stand up to tyranny in our own modern government. The significance of that event goes far beyond the destruction of tea – it was a bold statement affirming a fundamental principle that still resonates today. Governments derive their legitimacy from the consent of the governed.

John Adams once famously said, “We are a nation of laws, not of men.” But what laws was he referring to? Like the other Founders, Adams understood that there was a greater law rooted in natural rights; the law of nature and nature’s God. This is the common law.

Our founding fathers enshrined the laws of nature as the source of our rights, knowing that any statute or government action that contradicts these principles is not only unlawful, it’s void.

When government claims it has the power to do something, we must ask, “By what authority?” Government derives its authority only by delegation from the people. If the power is not granted by the Constitution or the laws of nature, then it does not exist.

The Role of Lawful Notice: Rooted in Law and Divine Authority

Our Founders left us a perfect remedy to avoid future violent revolutions in our great country; the means to alter our government when necessary. Open your mind to the knowledge that will enable you to receive their prescient gift. Learn how to wield your absolute power PEACEFULLY, with a simple swipe of your quill!

In Matthew 18:15-17 KJV, Jesus teaches us to give notice and provide the opportunity to make things right. The same process applies when public servants violate their oath to uphold the Constitution.

Our movement has already demonstrated that lawful notifications are a powerful tool. Here are just a few of the success stories that prove the efficacy of this approach.

1. An elderly woman on a fixed income, after receiving an unjust water bill charge tried every available avenue, but got nowhere until she used a lawful notification and the charge was removed. Even at the local level people can push back against unjust government actions.

2. When a mother pulled her daughter out of school to avoid LBGTQ+ agenda of indoctrination, the school retaliated by sending the Department of Children and Families after her. Instead of being intimidated, she used lawful notifications and DCF effectively disappeared from her life.

3. Across the nation we’ve successfully fought back against illegal masking mandates using notices.

4. In Washington State, a bill aiming to establish a commission to monitor domestic terrorism which would potentially infringe on freedom of speech, was effectively killed using a flood of lawful notices.

5. In New York, a Jury Wheel revealed unconstitutional methods used to select juries, exposing corruption in the court system. It highlighted how the jury in the Trump case was chosen unlawfully, reinforcing the need for transparency and accountability.

6. One key victory in Massachusetts was defeating the SAPHE Bill 2.0 (HB 1333) which sought to centralize public health decisions. But it was stopped thanks to the people’s use of lawful notifications. This victory preserved local authority over public health preventing overreach from the state.

Now it’s your turn. You can take action three powerful ways: the first of which is to educate yourself by joining our class at Common Law Academy, a free course on natural law. Learn how to create your own lawful notifications. Number two, mobilize. Share the education you find on our website with others who want unification in restoring the Republic. Number three, sign our notices. These notices can be signed by anyone in the nation regardless of the state. Remember, when tyranny hits one state, it’s only a matter of time before it spreads to others.
